Heavy bidding is expected for a plethora of rare and historical coins graded by PCGS during Daniel Frank Sedwick, LLC’s Treasure, World, U.S. Coin and Paper Money Auction 24. The lots up for sale run the gamut from rare shipwreck gold to South American coins and medals that are missing in major collections. - Lot 1202 – Sombrerete de Vargas, Mexico, 8 reales, 1812, graded PCGS F12. Estimate: $400 to $600.

- Lot 1312 – Entre Rios, Argentina, gold medal, (1867), Urquiza, struck over Great Britain sovereign, Victoria-type, dated 185(1?), graded PCGS MS62. Estimate: $1,000 to $1,500.
- Lot 1347 – Guanabacoa, Cuba, cast silver 4 reales-sized proclamation medal, Charles IV, 1789, very rare, slabbed PCGS genuine. Estimate: $10,000 and up.
- Lot 1517 – USA (Philadelphia mint), half dollar, 1936, Wisconsin, graded PCGS MS64. Estimate: $125 to $200.
- Lot 1881 – Santiago, Chile, gold bust 8 escudos, Ferdinand VI, 1751J, PCGS MS61, ex-Luz (stated on label). Estimate: $3,000 to $4,500.
- Lot 1990 – Argentina (River Plate Provinces), Potosi mint, 2 reales, 1813J, PCGS VF30. Estimate: $400 to $600.
